TROPICAL GREEN SMOOTHIE (DAIRY FREE)


Recently, I've been loving smoothies for breakfast. It's a great way to get a bunch of nutrients in all at once! I love this green smoothie because it sneaks in greens while also being SUPER delicious because of the natural sweets from fruit! This Tropical Green Smoothie is the perfect addition to your breakfast routine, post workout sesh or just a tasty treat to fill your day! Try it out with the recipe below!



INGREDIENTS

1 Cup of Oat Milk

1/2 Scoop of Vanilla Bean Orgain Protein Powder (Love this plant-based powder!)

1 Scoop of Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides (Optional)

3/4 Cup of Frozen Spinach

1/4 Cup of Frozen Pineapple

1/4 Cup of Frozen Peaches

2 - 3 Ice Cups



INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Start by pouring the milk into your Nutribullet. (By pouring the milk first, I find the powders don't stick to my blender as much.) Then add the rest of your ingredients in.

  2. Blend all the ingredients together until smooth. ENJOY!!


P.S. I just got these reusable straws off of Amazon and I am LOVING them for my smoothies, iced coffee + drinks!!
