7 HEALTHY DINNERS THAT TAKE LESS THAN 30 MINUTES TO MAKE (GF + DF)

If you're like me, quick and easy dinners are my best friend. I love finding recipes that are equally nutritious as they are fast to make. I'm here to help! I've already done all the hard work and narrowed down some of my favorite go-to dinners to make during the week.


I try to follow more of a gluten free and dairy free diet because I've found foods with gluten and dairy leave me feeling groggy and bloated. These meals below are recipes I have found from some of my favorite bloggers!




1. Turkey, Kale + Tahini Bowls

These bowls have become my go-to every week. To add a little more, I like to pair this dish with cauli rice! It's such a good combo! I love topping it off with pine nuts.

2. Spicy Coconut Shrimp with Mango Pico

Okay, I found this coconut shrimp recipe and I knew it would pair perfect with mango salsa. I also added cauliflower rice with about 1/4 cup of coconut cream. Such a delish meal, and we used the leftovers to make a shrimp salad the next day!

3. Chicken Alfredo

GUYS! This recipe is a must! I tried this pasta dish and was blown away by how much it tasted just like your normal chicken alfredo. Even Josh approves of this recipe and he normally doesn't stick to a gluten free and dairy free diet. He liked how it wasn't as "heavy" as a regular chicken alfredo dish.


This particular recipe calls for alfredo sauce from the brand, Primal Kitchen, which is dairy free and oh-so delicious. For the noodles, I used the gluten free Jovial brand penne that uses brown rice. (I've found I like the Jovial brand best compared to Banza.)

4. Pesto Cauliflower Pizza

Pizza night is necessary at least once a week in my household. Especially when it's this nutritious for you. I picked up a pre-made cauliflower crust at Whole Foods and followed along this recipe. I also added chicken sausage for a bit of protein! Add a side salad and you're golden.

5. Harvest Sheet Pan Dinner

This dinner put me right in the mood for fall. Seriously, all you have to do is chop everything up and toss it onto a sheet pan. IT'S THAT EASY.

6. Loaded Burger on Portobello with Homemade Fries

Burgers are always an easy weekend night recipe. I try not to eat too much bread, so putting my burger on a portobello mushroom is perfect. Top it off with avocado, onions, tomato, sriracha, and lettuce!


Now, let's talk about the most important part of the recipe... HOMEMADE FRIES. This fry recipe is Whole30 and is seasoned with just the right amount of spice. These fries are a game-changer for burger night!

7. Honey Sesame Chicken

Craving chinese food, but not wanting to consume all the calories? This meal has got you covered and it only takes 20 minutes! I added wild rice and broccoli with onions and it was AMAZE.
